Ludovic is an automation tester in the QA team, and is dedicated to improving the quality of the zkipster product. Before joining zkipster he worked for IT and software companies.

Daniel is zkipster’s CEO. He is a former financial analyst with broad expertise in events and customer relationship management, and works mostly out of Europe and New York.

Arianna is based in Los Angeles and spent several years in customer service and small business operations in retail and hospitality, followed by SaaS customer success management in the floral industry.

Based in Lisbon, Pedro is a former IT consultant with experience acquired from various public administration projects, including implementing critical health systems.

Petya is based in Miami and oversees customer success at zkipster. Previously she worked with leading fashion brands in CRM and marketing-focused roles.

Catarina is a software quality assurance engineer who lives in Portugal. Before joining zkipster she gained experience working with on-demand tech companies.

João is a Portugal-based software engineer with broad expertise in developing web applications. Prior to joining zkipster, he worked in e-commerce and insurance.

Carolin lives in London and manages our success and support channels for Europe. She has previously worked for a variety of media companies, with a focus on communications, marketing and PR.

Catalina is a Miami-based designer, focusing on visual and user interface product design.

Sophia is based in New York and is an Account Executive for the North American region. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has several years' customer service experience.

Louisa lives in Sydney and heads client relations for Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Previously, she worked directly for the global CEO of a leading auction house.

Michala is based in California and is zkipster’s global Head of Sales & Account Management, having previously managed Client Relations in North America. Before joining zkipster she oversaw sales, marketing and operations for emerging tech and media companies.

Ella joined zkipster as Head of Client Relations for Europe with more than a decade of experience planning events for large corporates and at some of London’s most iconic cultural institutions.

Elisabeth lives in London and heads up zkipster’s content, product, growth and brand marketing. A brand and communications specialist, she previously consulted and created content for lifestyle brands and media agencies.

Casey is based in Los Angeles. His previous experience working as a recruitment consultant and computer software instructor and in client relations made him a great fit for the zkipster Support team.

Gonçalo is based in Lisbon, and has broad experience in software engineering and systems integration. He is a senior engineer responsible for the backend of our software.

Filipe gained more than a decade of experience working with data and analytics as well as Cloud and DevOps at startups and large companies before joining zkipster.

Lewis lives in Sydney, Australia, and has a background in psychology and education, and event management experience gained from his work in high schools and disability/aged care.

A senior software engineer, Diogo is experienced in developing event ticketing, e-commerce, IoT and betting solutions for clients ranging from startups to large enterprises.

Guilherme is part of the QA team monitoring the quality of the zkipster product. He gained experience in events and promotions, agrotourism and procurement before working in tech.

Jasmine has several years of customer success management experience in hospitality tech, and as a corporate travel agent and product specialist. She is Puerto Rican and based on the East Coast.

Olivia is based in London and is zkipster’s Chief Revenue Officer, heading up client relations and marketing. She is a former event planner who ran large-scale operations in fine art, fashion and sports.

Marcelo is a software engineer developing iOS and Android applications. He is the brain behind zkipster’s flagship mobile apps and constantly aims for the best possible user experience.

Jorge has over eight years of experience in the esports industry, specializing in product and engineering management and leading teams developing and maintaining large-scale tournament platforms, web and mobile applications and innovative digital solutions.

An experienced full-stack engineer who takes pleasure in developing great user interfaces and experiences, José was the Lead Developer and Tech Lead for several European companies before joining zkipster.

Paulo is a former enterprise software engineer and technical manager who worked on telecoms and finance projects. He uses all available building blocks to create great web experiences.

Décio, zkipster’s CTO, has broad experience gained from senior roles in both startup and corporate environments. He leads our software engineering team from Portugal.

João is a former IT consultant with wide experience in software development. He worked on telecoms and public administration projects before joining zkipster’s engineering team.

British-born Felice moved to Dubai in 2022 and immersed herself in the events space there, which inspired her to join zkipster. Previously she worked in logistics, including in customer relationship management.

Jessica started her career in advertising and SaaS sales, followed by several years in non-profit development work planning fundraising events and overseeing operations.
